Meat Processing

In 2004, Rubeg Group of Companies started the construction of the meat processing plant «Мeat Delicatessen» and in autumn 2006 the Group entered the market of ready-to eat meat delicatessen goods.

Design capacity of the «Мeat Delicatessen» plant is up to 50 tons per day. Production area is complete with production lines of famous foreign brands. The system of quality management is being developed at the enterprise in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005 standards.
The first brand was the line of sausage goods and meat delicatessen called «Shef-Povar» (Chef). «Shef-Povar» is a conceptually new premium class meat delicatessen goods:

• Only natural meat, without any additions of vegetable protein
• Over 150 kinds of sausages and meat delicatessen prepared both in accordance with GOSTs and in accordance with original recipes
• Outstanding quality and exquisite taste that won consumers’ preferences and were awarded medals at international exhibitions
• Innovative individual packaging of products with easy-to-remember and elegant appearance
• Маrketing support, customers’ service of a high level.
