Russia to Reduce Poultry Imports Quotas in 200922.09.2008 meatinrussia Russia may reduce quotas for poultry imports by 200-300 thousand tons in 2009, as Aleksey Gordeev, the Minister of Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation reported on Saturday in Sochi. As ITAR-TASS reports with reference to Aleksey Gordeev’s words, the corresponding decision will be made in the Russian Federation in October-November of the current year. Some Russian ministries and agencies have already made up their mind in relation to this issue.
